Very Olde St. Nick 15.96 year Lot #2-3A

Released in 2021 using what we presume are 2 antique barrels at least one of which was 2 weeks shy of 16 and accidentally dumped too soon.. The same series of these antique casks were used for the Notorious and Believe series VOSN more recently... We cant pin down exactly how they've managed to extract so much flavor, maybe some of the old tanked glut juice is dumped in or perhaps they have some aging secrets unrevealed, either way some fantastic juice we feel is safe to say reminds us of the old style Bourbon.
