Japanese Whiskey

Taking influence from Scotland & American the Japanese have perfected the craft of Whisky production over the past 100 years or so. Many Japanese distillers to this day insist upon wood/coal fired distillation in pot stills made of copper... This is an arduous and expensive feat nowadays but we think their persistence has paid off.
