 One of the very First Single Barrels of Preservation's own Distillate & we believe one of the finest... The Pot Distilled Wheated Bourbon went into the barrel at 105 proof & what a fine choice that was as this whiskey is seriously viscous, soft and full or fruit... A real wine drinker's whiskey we recommend served as such to give the whiskey the air it needs to open up. This barrel was one of the first selected for release by Proprietor Marci Palatella.
