Kentucky Vintage 15 year 101 proof

Kentucky Vintage is one of the brands produced for decades by the Willett Distillery who distilled fantastic wheated bourbon until around 1976, and of course has since resumed Distilling. In the 1980s and 90s however the Willett Distillery was one of only 2 NDPs in Kentucky and bottled as KBD (Kentucky Bourbon Distillers). Many of these early releases are thought to be old Willett Whiskey distilled in the 1970s and left to age for a long time. This bottle here was bottled circa 1990 or 1991.
