Stitzel Weller, Old Willett, Hirsch/Boone, or Old Bernheim all likely source stock given era of bottling and well aged wheated profile... These would have been a continuation of the type of bottles Julian Van Winkle bottled 10 years prior at Old Commonwealth and really the last anyone would see until the last of extinct juice anyone would see until the Epic Willett Run.
